With a BE in Mechanical Engineering, IGBC AP certified & a member, ISHRAE, Ajimulla has 20+ years of HVAC experience on a range of projects. His previous assignments include a 12 year stint at AECOM and, more recently, RSP Design Consultants as Head, HVAC design. Landmark projects include Sheraton, Taj, IBIS, Conrad, Shangrila & Holiday Inn hotels; the Prestige Forum Malls; IT & work spaces for Reliance, Qualcomm, MindTree, Accenture, TCS, Apple & Novartis; manufacturing facilities for Toyota & Manjushree & residential developments for Prestige, Pashmina, Mantri, Embassy & ITC Groups.
